Liv is a HCPC-registered dietitian specialising in performance nutrition for athletes and active adults across rugby, strength training, and running.

With experience in both NHS clinical practice and high-performance sport environments, she bridges the gap between nutrition science and real-world application, helping clients fuel effectively, perform consistently, and build habits that last.
